About this Project:

As part of the £100 million modernisation project at Leeds Bradford Airport, a new 9,500 sq. m., three-storey terminal extension opened in June 2025.

Delivered by Linear, the development enhances passenger experience with additional aircraft stands, expanded seating, faster security screening, new retail and dining options, and improved accessibility for passengers with reduced mobility.

Linear Control Systems were proud to play a key role in this landmark project, providing advanced Building Management System (BMS) integration.

Our BMS integration at the new Leeds Bradford Airport terminal showcases how intelligent control systems can enhance passenger comfort, operational efficiency, and environmental performance – all in support of the airport’s 2030 Net Zero vision.
