Bradford College – Garden Mills
About this Project:
Working alongside G&H Group, the project involved the transformation of the former 1900’s derelict mill into a new learning environment for Bradford College. The 5-storey, 2,915m² building is now the dedicated home for HNC, HND and degree programmes in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) and opened to students in Autumn 2024.
A Trend Building Management System was installed to seamlessly integrate with the existing College’s site wide system and infrastructure.
Linear Control Systems has proudly contributed to the transformation of the historic Garden Mills site, now an advanced learning facility for Bradford College. The redevelopment project revitalised the former textile mill, merging modern educational spaces with the site’s rich heritage.
