About this Project:
The new building has been fitted with a Siemens Building Management System. Using both Siemens for the hardware and a Niagara front end supervisor graphic package.
Linear have designed, installed, commissioned & now maintain the Building Management System (BMS) at Whitby Hospital.
Linear has encompassed all aspects of the building controls, bringing together, and providing full control of the air handling units, VRF, heat recovery units, extract fans, supply fans, zone control, over 140x electric meters, water metering, gas metering, heat metering, gas boilers & LPG boilers.
