Best Service & Maintenance Provider 2013 – Finalist
Linear Control Systems Ltd design, project manage, install and commission BEMS, as well as offering maintenance solutions and ongoing support for clients. Linear has been working closely with the Hepworth Art Gallery, where the company was involved with installation and handover of the BEMS. The client was offered an innovative solution that helped to maintain the internal environment so important to a museum.
Independent Systems Installer of the Year 2013 – Finalist
Linear take great care to ensure that customer expectations are met by explaining each part of the system and its associated integration. Customers are updated regularly on progress, with regular workshops for clients to explain the benefits of proposed solutions. Post-project reviews also help with effective handover to the clients, and to ensure they understand the systems fully.

The flexible approach of the Linear team give them the confidence to meet stringent program requirements. Linear offers technical support through its Engineering team, as well as on-site operatives who can offer advice and solutions on the spot. Linear conduct training and familiarisation sessions for clients, and these highlight how the client can make the most of their building controls and BEMS to monitor and manage energy in the long-term. LCLS prides itself on conducting post-contract reviews with the client team to help keep standards of service delivery high.
