Its bold, modern architecture will be a fitting home for an outstanding collection of British art, featuring work by some of the UK’s best-known artists.
As one of the largest and finest galleries outside of London, The Hepworth Wakefield will bring international contemporary art and historical exhibitions to Yorkshire. Visitors will also be able to experience art, architecture and design through a varied programme of talks, tours, film-screenings and workshops, or simply relax in the stylish restaurant and café, serving seasonal, locally-sourced food.
