Linear Control Systems Ltd provide an efficient proactive and responsive approach to work throughout their Management and Site Engineers who are always willing to offer support and advise when problems arise. Following planned maintenance visits reports and any quotations are provided swiftly with accurate and explanatory information. Before leaving site Engineers will always spend time to talk through what has been carried out as well as any issues that have arisen. They are also willing to talk through other issues relating to HVAC items and point you in the right direction. Should there be a need to call for assistance Engineers are quick to respond to any form of communication to attempt to resolve issues or alternatively remotely dial in immediately to establish the cause of the problem. I have found LCSL to be a first class service provider and hope to continue with our relationship for some time.
Our relationship with LCSL is a relatively young one, having initially used their services during our extensive building redevelopment programme of 2010-2012; during which the exceptional design, development and build of an innovative system by the LCSL team working in direct conjunction with our main Project Team ensured maximisation of efficiencies and a thorough achievement of our project goals. Since completion, we have retained LSCL as one of our key service providers, ensuring the continuance of a relationship founded on competence and high standards. LCSL management understand our priorities, and the core technical skill-base of the attending engineers enable rapid investigation and resolution of potential issues with minimum disruption and a consistent high level of performance. LCSL really prove their worth when it comes to providing expert knowledge in an unexpected situation. Having a traditional in-house staff of non-specialist operatives with minimal / basic engineering experience, the core training originally provided by LCSL engineers on the ground, not to mention the regular pointers and advice received during the maintenance visits, has enabled a rapid development if skill-base by all our in-house support staff. Our relationship continues gaining strength and we would not fail to include LSCL in prospective projects in the future!
